1 stick butter
2 squares bitter chocolate
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Melt butter & chocolate in microwave. Add sugar & cool to lukewarm. Add eggs one at a time while beating with rotary beater. Add flour & vanilla & beat one minute more. Pour into buttered and floured 9" pie dish and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut into wedges and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
